This treatment addresses a patient’s most important concerns while at the same time triggering natural healing processes to stimulate collagen generation. The AQUAGOLD^® device can target all areas of the face simultaneously with patented Microchannel Technology^™ and customized blends of beneficial products.

AQUAGOLD^® Fine Touch^™ is a microinjection device that uses microneedles plated in 24-karat gold to create tiny channels in the skin and infuse low doses of customizable blends of products. Each channel is thinner than a human hair and can be made on the face as well as the hands, neck, and décolleté. One of the advantages of this device is that it is even safe and effective for thin and delicate features or areas that are challenging to treat, such as the skin around the eyes and mouth.

To reduce wrinkles, we can use a mixture of small amounts of neuromodulators such as BOTOX^®, Xeomin^®, and Jeuveau^™ and hyaluronic acid-based fillers from the Juvéderm^®, Restylane^®, and RHA^® collections. These products combine well, since each has unique benefits: the neuromodulators temporarily relax facial muscles that contract to form wrinkles, while the facial fillers add volume to thinning areas. In this way, AQUAGOLD^® improves signs of aging and damage all over the face and body.

Note that this treatment is not the same as microneedling, which creates pinpricks in the skin and can also transmit energy below the surface, as with Morpheus8. AQUAGOLD^® not only causes micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen, but also delivers injectable products at the same time.

The experienced, registered nurses from Skin Klinic & Day Spa meet the highest standards for patient care and safety when administering AQUAGOLD^® Fine Touch^™. All are trained in its use and very well-versed in the various products it can deliver.

AQUAGOLD^® is only administered by experienced registered nurses at Skin Klinic & Day Spa. The products are injected in a shallow area, just 0.6 mm beneath the surface of the skin. Approximately 1,200 to 2,000 microinjections are made per minute. Treatments are very well tolerated and do not last long, similar to a typical injectable session.

Results are noticeable right away following a microinjection treatment, and they will continue to gradually improve. No downtime is necessary.
